Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)

A field-programmable gate array (FPGA) is a chip that allows repeated programming.  It was invented in 1985 by Ross Freeman, founder of Xilinx.  Because FPGA integrates application specific integrated circuits (ASIC) and processor structure systems, currently all industries use FPGA chip.  PGA’s possess hardware clock speed and stability, and do not require many chips for operation, lowering the design cost of customized ASIC’s.

Razor Circuits

Our razor circuits have advantageous board design modelling that enable more diverse exteriors for your product designs.  Quanta Computer Inc. is Taiwan’s premier company for motherboard manufacturing and a Fortune 500 company.  It is a stockholder for EBN Technology and fully supports and supplies EBN Technology’s vertical production and operation.  This enables EBN to better satisfy clients’ quantity needs, be they large one time orders or small custom ones, and greatly strengthens EBN, making it an unshakable force in the POS data service industry.

Fast Fourier Transform (FFT)

The Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is a fast way of calculating the Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT), and can also be used to calculate DFT’s inverse.  It is widely used in digital signal processing, calculating large integer multiplications, solving partial derivative equations, and so on.

All our systems support OPOS (OLE for Retail POS), which is a point of sale device standard based on the Microsoft Windows operating system.  OPOS was initiated by Microsoft, NCR, Epson, and Fujitsu-ICL, and is managed by the Association for Retail Technology Standards.

Early Planning

EBN Technology is in close technological partnership with Intel, the world’s largest semiconductor company.  It can help clients act pre-emptively, create turning points for leadership opportunities, and obtain the best plans, using the best products to resolve issues effectively.
